    After a couple of administrative steps, a technical diagnosis will be conducted on the phone by a technician. Upon this diagnosis' result and if the issue is confirmed to require a specific repair:

    • If the product is a TV, a sound bar or a micro hifi device, you will be provided a Chronopost voucher you will have to stick on the carton box (in case your dropped the initial carton box to the waste bin, we will supply you with another one), as well as a file number and a password you will use to follow up the whole process repair using the below box. Once the repair is completed, your product will be shipped back to you by Chronopost
    • For any other product, you will get a new one as long as we have received the defective units at your own cost at our ASS center side. Your new device will be shipped over to you by Chronopost for free.
